Sindh Bank Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Head of Compliance. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be well-versed in the applicable banking regulations, laws and practices.

As the Head of Compliance, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the bank's operations comply with the laws and regulations set by the State Bank of Pakistan and other regulatory bodies. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, as well as ensuring the bank's adherence to these policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum educational requirement of a graduate degree, with an MBA in Banking and Finance from a recognized university being preferred. Candidates holding FRM Certification will be given preference. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in financial institutions.
